How do I buy? Create an account, add items to your cart or buy now, then choose a delivery option and pay.

How do I sell? Tap Sell and choose Personal or Business. Personal sellers can list after email and phone. Identity KYC is required at first withdrawal. Business sellers complete KYB. Buyers cannot see listings until payouts are set up.

When are seller payouts released? Payouts are released 48 hours after delivery. If a buyer opens a dispute within 48 hours of delivery, the payout stays held until that dispute is resolved.

How long do I have to report a problem? Open a dispute within 48 hours after delivery, or after the estimated delivery date if the parcel has not arrived.

Which shipping carriers are used? Tracked delivery on African corridors, including UK to Nigeria. Cross-border checkouts also offer tracked majors such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, Royal Mail and Parcelforce when rates are available.
